Orders  are  processed and shipped  Monday  through  Friday until noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Although orders typically ship the same day, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Every attempt is made to ship your order in a timely manner. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS

(only USPS if being delivered to a P.O. box).

The option to have signature confirmation is available upon checkout via the selection 'USPS W/Signature'.

If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice on how to retrieve your package.

AN-NOOR:31  is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, AN-NOOR:31 will NOT replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact FedEx ( 1-800-463-3339) or USPS ( 1-800-275-8777) for further assistance.

Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information. 

You can track your shipment using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.
